Blijkbaar is er iets fout gegaan met mijn abonnement, de betaling gaat niet door en ik kan er niemand bereiken.

Via welke weg hebben jullie dat abonnement in orde gebracht?

Dat probleem komt me bekend voor. Vorig jaar heb ik al eens geprobeerd een abonnement te nemen en toen ging mijn betaling ook niet door. Ze hebben mij daarvoor toen een brief gestuurd, heb je al zo'n brief ontvangen?





Ik kreeg het toen niet in orde tot ik een jaar later nogmaals probeerde en toen ging het wel zonder probleem, zonder dat iets anders heb gedaan.
